Energy Insulation Services has been successfully completing Mechanical Insulation projects in the Greater Denver, Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming areas for a number years. Our company was originally Incorporated as Certified Insulation, but, due to a disagreement with management direction we dissolved Certified Insulation and re-opened as Energy Insulation in March, 2017. We have not only continued to service the Insulation needs of our loyal client base, but have attracted the business of several new clients. Our industry advantage includes a high level of professionalism in both our field and office employees. We rely on our vast (over 100 years combined industry experience) knowledge base and personal touch to deliver an exceptional quality product with a far above average timeliness and agility. Clients who have had the fortune to work with us have remained dedicated. When we have discrepancies we attend to them with clarity and honesty.

Company Description

              We provide an environmentally proactive energy saving product and service to our clients. Our End-Users include; Federal, State and Local government facilities (Schools, Hospitals, Correctional Facilities, Courthouses, Water Treatment Facilities, Power Plants, Administration Buildings),  Commercial Enterprises (Hotels, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Oil and Gas producers, Retail Shops, Apartment Complexes). We are contacted for a Bid and provided with technical specifics pertaining to the proposed project. Our office team prices out a proposal for the various Mechanical, Plumbing and General Contractors as well as occasionally direct to the end client. We have a number of ‘maintenance’ agreements with contractors and production facilities where we are utilized in remodels, upgrades and repairs. Once the contract has been agreed upon and documents are signed we commence work in conjunction with the various other construction trades included in the build-renovation. Upon work completion and inspection we bill the client.

Organization and Management

              Our employees are truly what make our business stand out from the competition. We believe in paying a living wage and, as a result, have attracted and retained a Journeyman level field crew. Our Vice President has over 50 years of experience in the construction industry. Due to his excellent track record and integrity he has interacted with, secured  and completed work for a plethora of construction and related contractors. Our President-Office Manager brings vigor and rapid development in her skill set. She has developed all the skills needed to handle any glitches we may encounter. Our Estimator-IT-AGM came from a competitor and brings technical expertise and proven personnel management to our top notch team. Our Field Superintendent has over 25 years in the industry and is able to quickly and methodically negotiate the complexities inherent to the typical and atypical job site conditions. Our Foremen all have a ‘can do’ approach and it filters through to our installers.
